Ani Stephenson (she/they) is a results-driven media director and digital strategist with an extensive background in orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns for travel, lifestyle, and tech brands, building high-performing teams, and aligning media strategy with evolving client needs and business goals. She brings a blend of analytical rigor and creative insight to deliver measurable results across paid social, search, programmatic, and partner-direct channels.

In addition to earning awards for diversity and inclusion efforts, she has a proven track record of collaborating with creative and executive teams to optimize marketing programs. Ani is a lifelong learner and mentor passionate about empowering others, coaching talent, and shaping brands with purpose and driving impact.

Mireillee “M” Lamourt (they/them) is a multi-hyphenate camera artist and storyteller. Their work ranges from studio portraits and conceptual photography to award-winning short films, campaign visuals, and Netflix and HBO productions.

M has an educational background in journalism and feature storytelling. This knowledge has allowed them to focus on connecting with subjects in ways that honor their humanity and complex perspectives.

As a member of the Puerto Rican diaspora and lgbtq+ community, their identity and story have deeply informed their work. M enjoys working with those who recognize the value of this intersectionality in their images.
